Proposal

We hearby propose HIGH SPEED and EXCITING promotional opportunities with GOODE'S MOTORSPORTS competing in the JoAnn Apartment Locator Late Model Sportsman Division for 2003. Our race cars and 32' enclosed car hauler will be designed and lettered as per your company's design or logo. Designs and lettering sizes along with the location will be as per NASCAR and our dimensions, due to required series numbers and contingency decals. In order to race competitively at speedways throughout the region, our expenses run from $275.00 to $725.00 weekly. This of course includes the following expenses:

TIRES: $500.00

FUEL: $100.00

PIT PASSES/LICENSES: $150.00

SET UP & MAINTENANCE: $100.00

ENGINE MAINTENANCE: $100.00

LAUNDRY FOR TEAM UNIFORMS: $75.00

FOOD FOR TEAM: $100.00

GOODE'S MOTORSPORTS TEAM

A successful business must have advertisement. For a minimal investment, our racing team will provide your company with top-notch, high-speed, exciting advertisement. For 26 weeks per year we will provide a moving billboard to and from racing events, coupled with 6-8 hours of uninterrupted exposure for the 4,000-6,000 race fans at each Motorsports event.

In truth, this is a mutually beneficial relationship. The cost for this amount and duration of advertisement would be astronomical! We at GOODE'S MOTORSPORTS feel that we can provide your company with this devoted market exposure more economically. More important to you, your sponsorship dollar may also be tax deductible as an advertising expense.

GOODE'S MOTORSPORTS would like to give your company the opportunity to work with and be part of our winning team. Expenses are part of racing and so are the business' sponsoring cars to help with the cost of running a winning team. With your financial support in the 2003 season, GOODE'S MOTORSPORTS would work to put your company in 2003 VICTORY LANE!

Promotional Opportunities with our team, which are as follows:

1. It is the intention of GOODE'S MOTORSPORTS to run every NASCAR Sanctioned Event at the local track LANGLEY SPEEDWAY in Hampton, Virginia, as a participant in the JoAnn Apartment Locator Late Model Sportsman Division for the 2003 Season.

2. The car and hauler will display the logo of your organization and any other pertinent information on a mutually agreeable location. If requested, the pit crew and/or driver will wear the logo of your company on the team uniforms.

3. GOODE'S MOTORSPORTS will make the car available for promotional uses such as car shows, parades, sales promotions, etc. which would benefit your organization. GOODE'S MOTORSPORTS will provide the necessary support personnel at these events. These appearances are contingent upon any unforseen damage or mechanical problems resulting from competition.

4. GOODE'S MOTORSPORTS will provide your organization with photographs for display and advertising. Your company may use any of the photographs of the car and/or crew for any promotional activity to benefit your organization.

5. GOODE'S MOTORSPORTS will insure that the driver, pit crew and any additional support group will adhere to the standards of good sportsmanship. We will not condone any infraction of NASCAR rules and good conduct is required from everyone involved with our race team while at any track or promotional event.

6. Any amendment to this proposal agreement is subject to approval by GOODE'S MOTORSPORTS and your organization. Changes will be written as a "Contract Amendment" and signed by representatives of both parties.

7. We at GOODE'S MOTORSPORTS will do our utmost to adhere to this contract agreement and to keep your organization abreast of our track performance and any changes within the team throughout the 2003 racing season.
