Jammie was first out to qualify on Thursday night.  He ran a 17.239 and ended up with a 
starting position of 7th.  On the opening lap he stuck to the inside and gained 6th, then 
passed the 15 of Todd VanGuilder for 5th on lap 1.  On lap 2 he passed the 29 of Casey 
Wyatt for 4th.  The 34 of Paul Debolt found himself being passed by Jammie on lap 4, as 
Jammie slid into 3rd without much trouble.  Things ran smoothly until lap 25 when Wyatt, 
the 07 of Jimmy Overton, and 28 of Billy Fisher got into each other in turn 3.  On the restart 
the 16 of Jeff Sampson spun in turn 2, then Fisher spun on the backstretch on lap 35.  
Late in the race Jammie battled back and forth with the 21 of Bobby Spivey and 40 of Mark 
Wertz for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.  Jammie finished 3rd.
